There are on the East Coast and some Midwest states, the closest one to Arizona is in Missouri according to the store locator

A while back I was able to score Bubble Bobble for PS1 for 10 bucks at Value City.

I got LocoRoco and I saw ATV Offroad Fury Pro about two or three weeks back. Half price over the other major retailers, so I definitely scored on this!
