It's from an upcoming Prefuse 73 album, but El has remixed it already and it's ended up downloadable. I'd link to it, but the site it was posted at (Yousendit) deletes files after 7 days and it was posted before Christmas. I imagine it's circulating various file sharing networks, though. I recommend Soulseek if you want to find it.

edit: I think you can listen to a stream of the show he played it on here: http://www.wfmu.org/playlists/shows/13580 the quality will probably be assy, but the MP3's quality is weak too (probably because it was recorded from the stream), so it may or may not be worth tracking down.
