Pretty decent deal if you didn't get the BF PSP for $129 + Karate Kid, 1gb MSPD, & LBP......
If you've waited this long to get a PSP, maybe it's best to wait until the PSP2 is announced/revealed with final specs? It's possible it will be 100% backward compatible so that might be a better deal. Also, the original PSP's price will probably drop like a rock at that time, too.

I myself am currently in the market for a psp, but am having a hard time actually getting it. I keep thinking a better deal will pop up as soon as I buy it. I'm sure this common around CAG though.

Thursday is CES, Sony is bound to announce something about the new psp hardware

Gage - I lucked out w/a BF bundle (LBP, karate kid) for the BF price of 129.99 at Walmart on Dec. 26th. It wasn't on the shelf, but they had it in back. The employee/manager was surprised when it rang up at 129.99. It might be worth trying at Wallyworld and asking them to check for that specific bundle in back/in stock since they're apparently still kicking around. I wouldn't mention the price, just have them scan it if they find one.

This ain't that good of a deal to me unless you already have a memory card.
A 2GB-4GB memory stick will run between an extra 9.99 to 29.99. Neweggs cheapest 4GB is about another $20 shipped.
I got my rockband bundle over a year ago now and for an extra $50 it came with a game and memory stick granted my game became worthless at its only 4.99 on the PSN. Depending on what game bundle you get could be worth it as if you brought the game separate it still be over that $30 you were saving.
It would almost equal out the same expect with the bundle you can actually get a Sony stick your not getting a Sony stick separate and going to save.
I looked at amazon and it appears all the good bundles are out of production and got raised in price not to mention the majority of the bundles now have a 1GB or 2GB memory stick.
The way i see it is if your prepared to layout $150 on a gaming handheld then just add the difference and get the extra bang for your buck.

Doesn't the God of War bundle come with a 2GB stick? Seems like that would be a better value than the bare bones $150 black PSP since it also comes with 2 games and a movie. Not to mention it looks cool as hell.

It does, but this bundle is $199.99 as well, it would be better if you could get one closer to $160. It all depends on if you want the GOW games or not and how much they are worth to you.
