All PS3 copies were the "Divine Edition," which has some extra features like a digital version of the poem itself, some behind the scenes videos and possibly a soundtrack. I believe there is also a code for the first DLC that was released.

I think the code gives you the couple of things you listed. Be careful taking the tape off that sleeve cause the foil will rip.
