Sony Update 4.00 Delayed in Japan?

It said in a Kotaku post..They also confirmed that it will come in US around the end of january. The reason for delay is because the skype accessories dont live up to the "skype certified" standard

ooh, skype add-ons, i forgot about that announcement made a while back. hah i'm out of the loop, i just updated to get the internet radio player, and that's been great so far. thanks for the update, OP!
