Soul Calibur 2(GC)Weapon Master Mode Help ..

Got it for my Wii since i never played it on a GameCube. Anyways....... Okay i finished the game in Weapon Master Mode and i noticed that two missions couldn't be opened and that i still need to unlock 3 fighters. Do i need to re-do the game for a 2nd time in Weapon Master? I'm lost!

I think there are missions that aren't available until you reach a certain level.
