Sound Shapes PS3/PS4 shared trophies?

Hopefully someone here plays this game. I own Sound Shapes for the PS3 and PS4. I was told that, after earning trophies in one version, I could switch to the other and those trophies would automatically unlock.

I've tried everything I could think of, and I made sure both games had saved information synched to the cloud. What am I not doing right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
