Southwest Airlines ding program

Anyone here use the Southewest Airlines "ding" program? I was wondering if you can get really good deals or is it just a lot of annoying advertising the deals you can find easily on their site?

Southwest can suck my ing balls. Never had a smooth flight with them. I was always delayed or missed my connection or both. I've never had problems with other airlines like I have with them. Stay the away; you can usually find better deals if you just shop around.

I've never had any bad experiences on Southwest. Anyway if anyone can let me know about my question about the ding program.
