Haven't seen this cheap since the $15.00 black Friday deal.
Any advice as to whether or not to bite on this sleeper title welcome

Not a bad deal, but don't forget shipping. Plus I think their december/year end sale might be coming soon.

Yeah, shipping brings it up to 22. Still a good price, but after seeing 18 it somehow seems less good.
