special order at gamestop from another store?

Is this YMMV? Does it cost anything extra? I was looking for some fightsticks but none seem to be available within the 50 mile radius

No, it's not extra, but the employees will try to tell you they can't ship stuff, especially at such a distance.

I've had some employees offer to me at a service while others have told me they're don't do it, so I really don't know the official policy.

Ask any employee (if they are being stubborn ask for the manager) and most will offer to do it for you.

Depends on the attitude of BOTH stores involved in the transfer. If the store that has the product doesn't want to ship it, then you're out of luck. If they do it, its free.

Usually the store manager will do it for you since it's not something out of the ordinary, but employees are in most cases lazy and will not do it for you unless it's a high ticket item, or you were going to pre-order something, or some other incentive for them to do the work.
