Specific program request regarding planned shutdowns

Is there any program that can shut down your PC at a given time or after a certain amount of time (according to when you tell it to)? Like if I want the PC to shut down in an hour because I can't be there and the PC is downloading something.

I have Admin rights and blah blah.


Any help would be much appreciated!

Yeah, I use this..

"Shutdown Machine".. you set the time in number of seconds and minutes. I use this so I can fall asleep listening to music.. or after a download is done (if it says an hour left or something)
