Seriously folks this game retails for $39.99 + Tax, yes I bought it when Target had on sale, but eevn then it came to $31.xx after tax, so I'm taking a big loss just to get another game.

Well, try not to overstate it -- You aren't "taking a big loss", and you did get to play it, which should serve as compensation for any loss you take. That said, $25 shipped is a very fair price, and I'd buy it myself if I hadn't also bought it in the Target sale. I am guessing Wherehouse will cancel any $3.99 orders.

i am somewhat interested, but am being kept back because of how bad alot of movie titled games are. how does it play? can you compare it to another game so that i can get a better idea of what i might b buying?

It's exactly like the first 2 spidey titles on GBA (Mysterio's Menace and SM: The Movie). That is to say; a side-scrller that looks new-school, but plays old-school.

It had it's frustraiting moments, but nothing too bad. Personally, I'd give it an 8/10.
