Spider-Man 2 UMD Case and Insert

Anybody know where I can get and empty UMD case or download an Insert for the Spider-Man 2 UMD? I didn't plan on getting any UMD movies (outside of Spider-Man 2 'cause it was a pack in) until a friend bought me Hellboy for my birthday. Anyway now I'd like to put the Spider-Man UMD in a case rather than a paper sleeve. Any thoughts?

How about when you trade a PSP game in, you don't give them the case....about the insert, don't know if it's out yet.

The only one I've seen is in Japanese. I'm also looking for a custom english one.
