It has been posted several times before, but those threads died out a while a go. As for being an ubisoft game, CAG rule of thumb is to wait 2-4 weeks and it will be $39.99, sometimes as low as $35. Nice reminder though for those who can't wait.

gonna give waiting a try for the 1st time, game looks awesome but after seeing how fast Assassins Creed 2 went down to $40 I am waiting

The only way I would be in for Splinter Cel : Conviction as this price was if beta access was limited to Ghost Recon : Future Soldier. Luckily it appears that will not be the case and I can wait.

no a lot of games go around this price for a while in pre-ordering, game looks awesome though as a ubisoft game should go down in price faster than most games

I won't gamble with it though, i have tried entering with my both feet previously because it was a sweet deal and ended up burnt.
