Splinter Cell help needed

Alright, I've ran into a few difficult spots in the game so far, but this shit I cannot get past. I'm on the mission after the JBA HQ Part 3, the one in West Africa. I've snuck into the meeting room and I'm on the glass table right before you place the bug. After I place the bug, I can't figure out how to get away in time before being seen. I've tried it over and over and I can't figure it out. Please tell me someone can help me with this. I would head to GameFaqs, but they don't have a guide over there for it yet. I appreciate any help given.
 
The part where you hang down from the chandelier?

Just pull yourself all the way back to the top the very second you place the bug.
