there's no need for a separate thread for each of these sales you've posted. shoudla just made a "newegg deals" or better yet just posted in the newegg deals thread.. you're a veteran man! have some self respect!
 
Underrated game. It's my third favorite JRPG on Xbox 360 after Final Fantasy XIII and Tales of Vesperia, and I've at least tried most of them. It definitely has its share of flaws but it does a lot of things right too.

I got it for $10 new back in mid-2009 though, so I'm not sure how great a deal this is.
 
Oh man this game was a GRIND. Go play Tales of Vesperia or Lost Odyssey. If you want to 100% this game, prepare for a ton of backtracking with slow-running characters. The voice-acting is also cringe worthy, makes you want to get up and smack the darn characters through the tv.

I paid $10 from a BB sale and I couldn't wait to resale it as soon as I beat it. Check out the 1 achievement point for beating the game on Infinity Mode (Hardest).

Go buy it used $9 from Gamestop. At least you can get your money back if you don't like it.
 
Really really liked Last Remnant. Do an install. I never noticed any of slowdown problems so heavily tauted in reviews. Such a great, unique game.

I'm still waiting for my PS3 copy. I know SE cancelled the plans of making it. I'm a PS3 fanboy, well... kinda. I have the Wii, DS x3, PSP x2, PS3. I guess I'm a Xbox hater? haha. Anyway the PC version will have to do someday. I really wanted Star Ocean at that price. Closes one is gamestop at $20 and none nearby have it. Congrats to you Xbox users, getting good games for cheap. Enjoy!
 
Probably would of grabbed Last Remnant, but won't cause 5 bucks shipping. Weird that game has shipping charges when most games from newegg don't.
 
I got Last Remnant last year at K-mart for $4.99 on clearance. Still haven't played it yet, but someday! I've heard many mixed things about it, but for a fair price I'm willing to try anything.

Even with an install, I still noticed slowdowns and texture issues. Technical difficulties aside, I enjoyed the game greatly. It looks and sounds good, when running right, and the story isn't an absolute piece of garbage.
 
Bleh, why couldn't it have been the PS3 version of Star Ocean? At least that has the original japanese language track and not that disgusting dub.

Decent deals on the other games though.
 
we don't need to be cluttered with same deals for every game, anyway I didn't like the battle system too much in last remnant

I played a chunk of the game before getting sidetracked. It's... Okay ... i guess. Nothing great, and a little painful on the voice acting.... ok ALOT painful. Better than FF13 at least.

Isn't infinite undiscovery the game that was funded by microsoft? My understanding is that this, like blue dragon and lost odyssey, it will never be on ps3.

Yeah, what's up with that?

I tell ya, I had rented it from Gamefly a while back and my puppy totally mangled the disc. I felt like I had to do the right thing so I was honest and paid the full price. Then they sent me the box and manual. It sits there with all my other games, taunting me.

I own all three, and suggest you get Star Ocean and Infinite Undiscovery. Get Last Remnant only if you're a masochist who doesn't mind spending a few days figuring out the nonsensical combat system.
 
That dinner dance vid was hilarious!

I liked IU, although I can see why some people hate it. It's nowhere near as good as ToV or Lost Odyssey, but it's probably my third favorite JRPG this gen.
 
I rarely have time for JRPGs anymore but found infinite undiscovery engaging and reasonable enough in length that I was compelled to ignore responsibilities for the 20 hours to finish it. Some gameplay from FFXII, though it kinda suffers from Chrono Cross too many characters plague.

Oh I'm aware they not coming to PS3. Is a tri-Ace game, and published by Square-Enix but Microsoft owns the Trademark. Oh legal mumble jumble why must you get in the way! Either way I played some of it in my friend house, something about a guy who is not a guy who is a hero who think is not a hero. At lease the gameplay was fun.
 
Infinite Undiscovery is my favorite RPG on the 360. Lost Odyssey was great and all but there wasn't much to the combat. Tales of Vesperia I only played a little bit here and there but stopped when I heard Flynn was only playable on the PS3 version so it didn't interest me as much to start a new game again. The 1-point achievement in IU was so satisfying to achieve.
