Stacking TDKR Movie Cash?

I got the Batman Begins and the dark Knight Steel books from Best buy and they both came with $5 movie cash for the Dark Knight Rises. I was wondering

1) Can I stack this into one $10 discount and get a free ticket?
And
2) Can I use this to pre buy tickets? I'm sure they'll be sold out for weeks otherwise.

I manage a movie theater and can tell you that it's unlikely you will have any trouble stacking them. They are just checks, you could probably even deposit them in your bank account, and they would clear like any other check you'd deposit. We just treat them like cash pretty much, and accept them for the either the maximum allowable value, or the price of the ticket, whichever is greater.
