Staples: R6 Vegas 2 and Lost Odyssey $20 (Toronto))

Just picked up R6 Vegas 2 and Lost Odyssey for the Xbox 360 from Staples in Toronto on University south of Dundas. These are usually going for $25-30, so it's a bit of a savings.

Staples is crazy inconsistent with their clearance prices though, so definitely YMMV.

$19.97 is a Canadian chain wide clearance price. Additional clearance is YMMV. Some stores will take additional % off to get rid of stuff while some won't.

That's why I actually went to Staples in the first place, but Ninja Gaiden II wasn't marked as clearance at either the University/Dundas location or the Yonge (north of Rosedale) locations, where the game was marked at $30 and $50 respectively.
 
You can also get Supreme Commander PC at Staples for 6.97. My store (downtown Edmonton) has about 4 copies left. Once again chainwide clearance.
