I haven't seen this posted, and I know it's regional (Des Moines/Omaha/Kansas City) but I price matched it @ my local Wal-Mart and avoided a 50 mile drive. They also have the PC version for $34.99.

The sale is good through Nov 5th for Xbox/PS2 & for PC till Nov 8th.
