Starcraft 2 39.99 @ Target TPR?

Did a search and didn't see this posted. Was walking around Target yesterday and saw the TPR tag on Starcraft 2 for 39.99. Not too bad for a game that hardly ever goes on sale, although lately it has been hovering around this price at a few place.

Edit: #-oLol I read it as starhawk, just saw the 2 and re-read the title as starcraft.
