Starhawk $30 at Target (possible ymmv)

I haven't seen this posted anywhere else yet, so hopefully it hasn't come up already. When I went to Target today I saw Starhawk for $29.99. Their website still has it showing up as $39.99, and it isn't in the weekly ad on their website either. There was no clearance sticker on it, so it may be an unannounced sale or price drop. I got mine in Warminster, PA.
