Steam account creation issues

I'm finally giving in and making aSTEAM account to purchase games from them however I simply cannot make an account. The site tells me im entering the capcha wrong EVERY time. I've tried more than a dozen times, cleared my cache so I can retry, refreshed the image, nothing. Any help would be much appreciated!
