so is there a way to get really old games on steam? i never used it and just setup an account. sadly my computer is too lame to play anything good. i cant even play anything with remotely 3d graphics. how do i get old school games like doom and duke nukem. or some 2d platformers

Theyre either on steam or you can prob get disks on ebay for dirt cheap.
