Steam Code Drop ~ NO BEGGING! NO TRADING!

Hi-Rez is one company that does F2P right. Tribes is awesome, and everything but skins, which are entirely cosmetic, is accessible without paying anything. Another, but inferior in the F2P market, that is successful which I just recently began playing is Blacklight: Retribution.

Back on the topic of Tribes, it's very fast-paced and kinda requires pretty good aim in the predicting-pathing-of-enemies sense. Either way, Tribes is win.

So far I've purchased the Starter pack on Steam when it was $9.99 for the +50% xp boost, but you don't really need it. Haven't put anything into Blacklight and don't plan to. Blacklight is more of a pain in the ass without paying, but you can get by just fine without paying.

I'm not a F2P person when it comes to games that make it a necessity to pay in order to play the game the way you want to. Trust me when I say that Tribes, and Blacklight as well, are not these types of F2P games.

I Agree.BLacklight : retribution just The best FPS that has to be played on Steam.Trust me its just better than any fps available till date. but anyways i dunno abt tribes though,i have heard its good.^^
 
I couldn't stand Blacklight... see someone, take shot, kill, get killed out of nowhere from who knows where. Respawn, get killed immediately. Respawn again, take one step this time before dying. Respawn, run, start getting shot, duck behind cover, somehow someone gets a perfect headshot... It was frustrating as hell. I miss old FPS like the Unreal series, back when it wasn't whoever pulls the trigger first wins.

You ve Got to Keep Pressing [V] [V] or ur dead anyway..u ve got to use that legit wallhack...You should not play it like a normal FPS...a lil bit of practice and u can get a hold on this game :)
 
@georox Join the club , I too can't stand any game that share the "arcade-run-n-guy-cod" style.

But the heat vision in BL is a nice touch though , rather refreshing to the genre .

Yup, you are probably right. I, for one, am locked out. I immediately was guessing 0-9 when I first saw the code drop and then it was not after I tried all the numbers that I noticed your tip. -_- I am such a dope.
