GOG. It's one of their recurring flash sales during their summer sale (lasts till the 29th), and it's $2.99 there (historical low anywhere). Check in every couple hours or so and you can't miss the next time it goes up.

It's also plug-n-play, as opposed to the Steam version which has technical issues for most people that you'd need to resolve yourself, so if you're looking to play it (weirdo) instead of just adding to your Steam library, that's probably the place to get it right now.

Is it a daily or a flash? If so, then odds are no, that is the best price for this sale.
If the price is good til the end of the summer sale, then it has potential to drop as a daily or flash.

LOL at all the :newbie: who get angry at the community votes... it was even worse in the past when the vote was a 3-way between single games.  Remember this is democracy.  Think of an average steam customer, now realize 50% are stupider than that.  Just know that you'll see those sale prices at some point in the near future.

The Batman AO sales are the same old tired prices... I strongly criticize those of you disregarding the challenge room DLC.  I've loved the challenge rooms in AA & AC and I've spent almost half of my play-time in them.

In the great Steam Sale Gimmick debate... you're missing an important factor... color-team discussion is stealing many posts that could be criticizing the worst steam sale ever.

Just got Sleeping Dogs collection and can confirm that it includes ALL currently available DLC (even the ones not listed)

TIP: The collection doesn't include "Sleeping Dogs - High Resolution Texture Pack" (FREE) so make sure to add that manually.

Can anyone who's gotten or played Metro Last Light give me some advice? I feel like the game isn't running right I can't tell if it looks blurry or the FPS is just really bad but it has a choppy look to it and I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that. I feel like I should be able to run it fine it 1920x1080 resolution.

Specs are GTX 780, i5-2500k, and 16GB of RAM.

I have the same specs and you still cant run the game on Ultra (and get amazing FPS)

But it shouldnt be TOO bad at most parts - I just set it to High

 
So.. I've been playing UnEpic for quite a few hours now.  I like it.  It's made me laugh quite a few times.  Bunch of nods in there thrown in.  Just made it to the Sewer.  We'll see.  if it pops up again, and you don't own it... 2.50.. I think it was worth it.

Geez - you should be able to run it decently.

I have i7 950; GTX 560 Ti; 8 GB RAM; Win 7 64-bit.

First up - make sure your drivers are up-to-date.

If you're running it maxed-out and pushing that - just don't.

Metro LL is NOT the best running game.

Also, run some sort of counter to look at your framerate - like say just run FRAPS in the background.

You want your framerate anywhere b/t 30-60 FPS (frames per second) - but, you want it to be stable! You don't want it jumping many number of frames quite often - b/c that causes stutters, slow-downs, speed-ups, and might be frustrating to the point that it throws the feel of gameplay for you out of wack.

If VSync ON ain't helping (whether in-game or w/ your vid-card's software), we'll need to go further than that.

If the Frames per sec is inconsistent, you'd want some 3rd party-program to run in the background to lock it down to a framerate of your choosing.

If you have a EVGA distributed NVidia video card - use EVGA Precision X to look at your framerates and whatnot; temperatures of your PC in-game; and all of that stuff.

It can do more than that, though - if need be.

If you do have an EVGA distributed NVidia card and that EVGA Precision X program - it might be worth your while that if the framerate's all over the place to lock it down to be at a maximum framerate number of its lowest most consistent and stable framerate for you.

For example - Thief 2014, I had anywhere from 40-60 frames per sec, at drop of a hat. So, I forced through Precision at 40 FPS max...and now it's smooth as silk; and plays wonderfully.

I had Metro LL running quite well, at these settings on my PC:

IIRC - turning Tesselation OFF made a TON of difference performance-wise for me.

Oh, yeah - it ran like garbage for me on Ultra.

Nope. Not worth it on my rig.

High was just fine, once I turned Tessellation OFF.

Tessellation and Ambient Occlusion settings are normally framerate murderers, in my experience.

I really enjoyed the Sleeping Dogs base game. Great environment, tons to do.

But the playing the story DLC felt like a bit of a chore.

I recommend the game.

If you don't want to get the DLC now, I bet it will be on sale again some day. And by then you'll know which ones you want.

The GOTY edition does contain all the major and good DLCs. All you're really missing are some skins and the headhunter packs which are apparently one mission each, plus Vault Hunter 2 upgrade.

 
DLC today is overrated.  Some of you folks need a DLC detox program.  Usually you'll end up paying triple the price of the base game for a couple of two hour missions and some outfits.  About a year or so ago Bruticis sold me Borderplands 2 for $5 from a graphics card promo so I bought the season pass when it was $7.50 during a GG glitch.  Ultimately I only played through two of the content DLC.  My point is when you're buying stuff you probably think you'll play through it all but most of the time you usually won't ever get to it.  Use that money on another game.

No clue. I doubt it. It says can be combined, and doesn't say anything about a requirement.
