Ashley Burch is actually his wife's name. He married someone with almost the same name as his sister, which I always thought was weird. Ashly Burch is his sister and the star of HAWP, and is also the voice of Ellie and probably anything else annoying in the game. But I feel like he was referring to their mother, who is responsible for both of them and should probably get punched in the womb by a time-traveler so we're all saved from recent Gearbox scripts. Anthony worked on Duke Nukem Forever.

Liked Tiny Tina, LOVED liked Ellie (maybe had something to do with the fact that she could actually take care of herself and I wasn't escorting/protecting her for the entirety of tLoU).

Edit: AANNND I just realized I'm an idiot.  Forgot there was someone named Ellie in BL2.  I hear Ellie and I immediately think the Last of Us. To add to my confusion (and my defense?) she was also voiced by an Ashley (Johnson).

Anthony Burch is one of the worst writers I've ever seen, as well as one of the most arrogant that his shit is the best there is. I can't stand his work and it made Borderlands 2 complete garbage for me.

I like his sister, and I was okay with her voicing Tiny Tina, but I didn't like the comedy behind her character so it fell flat in the end.

I'm playing BL2 with a couple friends. I do listen some of the speech, but I don't care about the plot. The gameplay is über-fun and that's what makes it a good game. I thought it will be "just more Borderlands", but the truth is it did improve BL1 by 100%. Yes, I know, I came later to the party, but it had so many DLC I had to wait for a GOTY version

 
I find myself laughing my @ss off at the Borderlands 2 humor.  Most of the stuff scooter says cracks me up.

Handsome Jack is so damn funny, I find myself loving and hating him simultaneously.   I'm sure that was the goal.
