Right now Steam doesn't give the Renegade OPs DLC to the person who buys the 4-pack (the other 3 get it though). So it might be a good idea to do it as a 3-pack instead, buy the pack on a new account, then gift one to yourself. That way everyone gets the DLC (which you need for the Xmas achievement). It comes to $3.39/person doing it this way.

Oh man! I didn't know about this issue! I already gifted my other 3 copies. Arg!! I hope Valve corrects the issue by giving DLC to the people that bought the 4 packs...

When you buy a 4-pack you automatically have one copy attached to your account. Which means that his copy is already assigned to him.
