So I'm going to have an Assassin's Creed 3 steam key (it's coming with my video card) and I don't really have any interest in playing it. In theory I should have it monday. Stupid shipping.

My mistake, was looking at the regular edition. Even though it's tagged however, it isn't region locked; the appID inside both packages is the same and there's no run time restrictions on the package.

Well, getting any RU/CIS tagged game is risky (remember XCOM) as it could be locked anytime. Also Russians would not sell it for less than $35 - $40

And..... no one can even "buy" it to resell ;)
