Last post, and sorry everybody for all this clutter. I believe that quote only refers to making illegal copies for the game, or gifting the Humble Bundle would be prohibited too (which it's clearly not since their system supports gifting Humble Bundle URLs.) In any case, I sent a question to their support team asking if trading the HiB was a violation of the ToS.

Rude? I was jokingly agreeing with you. I think it's silly how people sell the cheapest games in bundles for just as much as the expensive ones.

As for the HIB stuff... at the very least the OP needs to be changed to actually reflect why it's disallowed. At the moment it still says "some people pay $0.01" which isn't possible (for Steam keys).

And honestly, Indie Gala says the same exact thing. In the last group buy in which they messed up and left out keys on my bundle, support basically told me that group buying is not allowed.

Almost every digital retailer is going to say that you can't "distribute" games yourself, but that line is in the ToS to prevent someone from bulk buying hundreds of keys and selling them all at profit. I can almost guarantee you that HIB will never, ever, ever file a lawsuit against someone for passing on a couple keys for a buck or two profit. Sucks too, since I missed a few HIBs and would love to buy them for an extra buck or two. Yet I can't.

And for what it's worth, yeah, I think it's high time the rule is changed. At very least update the OP.

You might not want this on Steam anyway, I had a hellllll of a time trying to get it to patch out the always-on DRM, this is apparently because of issues between the Uplay client and Steam versions of their games. I had to uninstall Uplay (which deletes all your Ubisoft saves) and allow the game to install a very early version of their client before it would patch.

I talked to the other mods and since you can't abuse the Indie Bundles by purchasing them for a penny anymore, they can now be traded again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
