So, if I buy a bundle with a couple of games I already have. Can I just pick "Buy as Gift" and email the codes I want to myself and email the others to someone? A couple of things said they are not eligible to gift if I purchase for myself.

Why would I want the Rest Of World version, when I'm based in North America? I don't want to be restricted potentially from local players in multiplayer.
