People do it with a wink and a nod. Its not necessary to require it in the posts itself. If seller is that worry, he can do it via PM (ie. not in public)

If you are going to target people who are putting this in their posts, it might be more fair if you would target all of the people here that are doing it instead of just targeting this single user. It looks, from my point-of-view, as if you are singling out this user.
