Edit: Got one. There are a gazillion people selling in the chat room for the Traders Guild Steam group, you can easily get one there. Also, the prices being are looking for there are ALOT more reasonable than the other trading forums.

Trader's Guild is an open group, you don't need to get invited in. I could still see traders offering TW2 there, but they've increased their price somehow but not that much.
