I could be wrong, but I assume most of the purchases made on here by foreign traders are of the understanding that anything can happen with region locks. While I'm sure they make a profit however small or large, they are all doing us a favor by offering these games at lower prices and shouldn't be forced to eat a loss if something happens. You understand the risk when you buy from them, or should.

I think what cheapsteam was trying to say was, the seller should be responsible if they sell one of the stolen keys that gets revoked.

I believe If a game gets region locked before the buyer has time to activate it, sell it, and trade it, that is on the buyer.

I think it's relevant to everything you buy, be it digital or physical. Always know what you're buying and buy from a trustworthy source. Also only buy things for your region. How is that not relevant to digital goods?

If someone here sells stolen goods its likely their account will get banned. As for the original point about keys being retroactively region locked, no foreign seller should be expected to give a refund for that. If you do offer such assurances, let me know and I'll use you exclusively from now on. :razz:
