Still waiting on my Dell Far Cry 4 pre-order

Ordered the PS4 version of Far Cry 4 back in September. Game shipped last Friday (three or four days late depending on how you look at it) and is tracking for arrival this Friday, with their free shipping. 

Keep that in mind before you pre-order games with these guys. The $25 gift cards are nice, but so is playing something on release day.

 
You're not alone... I'm still waiting on my GTAV Xbox One pre-order from Best Buy. Pre-ordered in store the week before launch, and mysteriously this store is the only one in the area that didn't get ANY copies for Xbox One. Very questionable. 

You'd think they would have gotten copies from another BB to cover pre-orders, but no. And pre-orders can't be transferred between stores. I went back and forth with them but at a minimum they knew the day before launch that there was a problem with their stock and have admitted as much. I have been talking to the store manager via email but still don't know when they'll get copies of the game. 

 
At least you got yours without having to deal with their CS. I ordered an item that's supposed to ship in 24 hours and they didn't ship it for a month. Their outsourced CS is the WORST CS I've ever dealt with. They're dumb as fuck and twice as unhelpful.
