Stores selling Nintendo DS early? (YMMV)

Well to be honest i hav looked all over and have found nothing with the exception of Gamerush selling it Saturday night if they have the stock.


I have heard that a Target let a few go early but have seen nothing more on that. I am unsure of the state or staes but was told Northeast side of the US..

Which isnt a whole lot.

My mother didn't get an SP early.
 
You want it early do your part.

Find it.

Check stores that dont specialize in Games like a Kmart/Walmart Meijers etc.

Someone has them out somewhere.

Find your local store that does and let us know where to look.
 
I imported my SP... and my regular GBA so I had them weeks before anyone got them through the regular channels, but with them releaseing here first people there are probably looking to import from US for once.

That includes me, yet somehow I can't get my DS early. Stupid Target...

Sorry for the wait...

Tuesday was the day my source got Feel the Magic....
I was on my way there but was swamped with work until this afternoon...

I call in... they say they have it for me...
and of course.... (to my entertainment) after the trek was made all the way out there....
All they have left is 2 DS games.... they broke the date on Mario 64 for me... and I now have Mario 64 DS and Feel the Magic in my hands... but I'll have to wait like the majority here till Saturday night/Sunday morning to start the world longest on-toilet star hunt.

Its a good thing too...
got a ton of stuff going on....

This week alone I'm busy trying to finish off
San Andreas (yeah right)
Metroid Prime 2 (i'm amazing)
Mario Power Tennis (friends will be over)
Pikmin 2 (still gotta finish up)
MGS 3 (why will I even bother?)
Ratchet and Clank 3 (didn't I just finish part 2?)
Halo 2 (legendary)
plus this other new game I've been playing with some dude in a green headwear.... :wink:

ANYWAY....

DS.... patience... not much longer.... TOOOOOO MUCH TO PLAY OTHERWISE....

The Best Buy in my town has them for sale but none of the $30 games had sufficient appeal to bother buying it today. I'm going to play CAG on all the $40 stuff. If they still have units on hand when the Mario game is available I may go ahead and grab it. Note that if you have a Reward Zone card Best Buy is giving double points on all Nintendo DS stuff. Just buying the unit itself will be enough points for two $5 certificates, so this can be looked upon as a discount of sorts.

We've got them here?...I'll be taking a trip to BB tomorrow...You think they'll have any left?

I'm jealous. The BB on the way to school didn't have any DSs yet. I might check around tomorrow.

Bleh, BB sold out...The folks over at Gamecrazy said BB had them in the morning but when I checked at noon they were gone.
