Stores that accept competitors Coupons?

Which stores accept competitors coupons? Like another store accepting Circuit Cities 40 off 200 or 10% off coupon?

Office Max does supposedly. Though they're not a gaming outlet, really.
I got Circuit City to use some of Best Buy's coupons back in the day, but that was all of the success I had.
