Strange Resident Evil request (game case)

ok i know this isnt likely, but i just got completely screwed by gamestop. last week when they had re2 on cube on sale i ordered a copy expecting to get the case and all too (i know its used but come on). well to make a long story short i got a sleeve and a cd. so my question is does anyone know of a way to get even a used case and manual? again i dont want the cd, just the case and manual.

any ideas on where to look?

well for the case you can order those from nintendo, and the book you can always try and get it from http://www.gamerecyclery.com/index.htm
i looked and they didnt have it but you could always email them
