Street Fighter Anniversary Edition Arcade Stick

You really won't find it less than $60. Sorry. I tried, and I couldn't.

But it's worth $60, just for the multi-console compatibility.

Then you can spend an extra $40 to buy parts to mod it, and you've got a pro-quality multi-console compatible stick for $100.

I just recently discovered there may be two version. Do you know what the diff between the two(regualr & Happ edition)listed here really is? Also do you know if these are still carried by EBgames?

Where would you recommend getting replacement parts anyway? A general trusty website and parts list would be cool, if you can spare the time. I've been meaning to this for some time, but fighting snobs in other forums are generally dicks about helping out noobs get into the scene.

It was in one of the fighter threads from a few months ago. If you can't find anything, there's a stick thread on shoryuken.com

Good prices cheap shipping I've bought parts from the a couple of time part arrive in 3-4 days. I bought the Street Fighter stick and upgraded the buttons and stick works great after the upgrade. I just bought another stick and a set of buttons to build a Saturn stick the parts cost 28.67 shipped if your planning to buy the stick online it may be cheaper to buy the Happ upgraded one rather then buying the stick and upgrading the buttons

I would use MAS Systems to buy replacement parts if you need them. I'll keep an eye out for the arcade stick ... if I see one I'll drop a PM your way OP.

I have 2 for sale in the box still.....obviously mint condition, trade for 360 games or for straight up sale...pm me if interested

The word on the Shoryuken forums was one shipped with a poster (AWESOME poster) and the other differenet. Also, I believe Zengief's hair was changed.

I have one for sale that is modded with Happ parts already. It feels just like I was playing Street Fighter back in the early 90's in the arcade! If anyone is interested or wants to see some pics of it, send me a PM.

BTW, it has a black joystick and red, white, and blue buttons and orginal artwork. For those of you wondering about the color scheme.

The significant difference is that the Happ version has nice Happ Joystick/buttons, and the regular one has cheap imitations. Go for tha happ one.

I had someone request a pic of the stick. Here it is.

I used my cell phone to take the pic, so the quality sucks. I will but a better pic on here if anyone wants me to. Also, I will include the original joystick and buttons with the SFAC stick.

The Happ Edition, I believe, is a version that someone has made by switching out the original parts of the SF stick with quality Happ parts. You won't be able to find that in stores.

I'm not sure how everyone feels about the stick, but I got it last weekend. I tried it out on a couple of games, using the stock buttons/stick. Thing is terrible. It didn't recognize quarter-circle movements unless I really dug into the stick. The buttons were also too raised for me.

As others have mentioned, don't get the stick unless you plan on modding it with quality parts. The artwork is great though :)
