Online exclusive price it seems, and you obviously have to have a Sam's Club membership to get it. I've never bought anything from Sam's Club online, and I've read there can be stock and shipping issues with them, as well as poor customer service, so buyer beware. But the deal is very nice. I probably would bite if I didn't already buy my SF4 copy elsewhere.
