PS TRIPLE:
Completely off topic but you're aware that's the absolute worst way to describe the PS3 right? You're saying it's the equivalent to 3 of the original Playstations.

Also I'm not going to get into why you don't like the PS3 but could you at least put it's name in the title so people using the search feature can find it on their results? Just putting up a mocking name for the console screws everyone who uses the search feature.

he's too cool to call anything by the rightful name, broseph dude! Get with the program, pops. It's the PSSan or it's nothing at all. Only squares call stuff without putting a cool spin on it. He's kewl!

After the Ultimate MvC3 and SSF:IV fiasco, I'm out. Not gonna have 8 different editions of the same game. If I see it used somewhere for $10, maybe.

Are there any more updates planned for SSF:IV AE? Or is the AE the last SSFIV version to be released as a disc?

For now it is the last planned release. They just came out with another update which is free for AE (AE2012).

When I search, I search for the TRIPLE.

Yeah. IIRC the dev team behind SF4 has since shifted their focus towards developing SFxTekken. It doesn't appear like there's a whole lot of resources being put behind a new version of SF4 beyond the occasional patch.
In true Chadwarden fashion, you should call the 360 the "Xbox Circle" as well.
lol never that. He is classic.

You never know. They've released multiple copies of the same game in the past. SF2 had like 4-5 versions (not including unofficial) before SF3. I wouldn't be surprised if they came out with another SSF4 DLC releases. Look what they did with MVC3, they released UMVC3 like 7 months after it came out, it wasn't a DLC either. So alot of people who shelled out $60 for MVC3 were screwed over. Personally though I'll never buy another Capcom game because I'm not a fan of their business practices.

Only people who were screwed out of $60 were the people like me who hated the game. Regardless, heads got 6 months of play out of the game before a better version was released (and it needed a better version). I am really starting to believe lots of people just play the shallow single player modes and don't bother with multiplayer.

Street Fighter II World Warrior, as a multiplayer game, is shit. The Champion Edition update was a vastly superior game and could only come about from countless people playing for hours and finding ways to push the game to it's limits (something which will happen if enough people are competitive).
This goes for SFIII, Alpha, EX, SF4, UMVC3,etc. You only get screwed if you don't know what your getting into or just don't care about the improvements.

Don't think I'm a Capcom apologist either, I'm borderline hating the company at the moment.

Clearly has never heard of Chad Warden.

Capcom has been re-releasing updates to their fighting games for 20 years now. How could have people been caught off-guard when Capcom announced an update to MvC3? Some may argue that "UMvC3 came out way too soon." That may be, but keep in mind that Capcom has a history of releasing multiple versions of the same game in the same year, Champion Edition and Hyper Fighting were both released in '92.

I'm not suggesting that Cacpom's approach is ideal from a consumer standpoint, it's anything but that. It's just that at this point in the game people should know what to expect from them.
Street Fighter X Tekken will eventually get a second version.

Good price but this game is the sux0rs without a fightstick. If I hadn't sold my fightstick on craigslist already I'd rebuy this.
