Yeah, they did. I wouldn't be surprised if it's also in the sequel.
 
If the DLC is already on the disc it means it will take up less space on the harddrve. Either way they have no intention of giving you the content for free, the real difference is that it is not going to take up your harddrive space.

Namco Bandia is pretty notorious with it's DLC also.

The way I look at it, just let your wallet do the talking. Sure it sucks if you have to pay to unlock costumes in SF4 that are pretty much on the disk, but nothing is telling you that you need to buy them. Especially at the prices they are asking for.

I would personally buy it for $5 at most. Then again, I played SF4 the first week of release, and have barely touched it since, so take that as you will. I love RE5 (especially Mercenaries), but I am in no rush in purchasing that VS DLC or whatever it's called.

how is this a deal... unless u gettin the XBl pt cards for cheaper... which should be a deal in its own
 
1000 MS points is not $9.99. It's $12.50.

The costume package is a deal because it costs less to get all the costumes in a single download than it does to buy them separately.
 
Yeah, it's $12.49 on PSN. I totally forgot yesterday. I still recommend the purchase for street fighter fans though. It beats the original $20 for the individual packs.
 
For me, (1000 MS Points < 1600 MS Points) = Deal. I was just about to buy these individually (having some friends/family over for Mother's Day BBQ) and just happened to stop by Cag. Thanks OP!
