Street Fighter vs. Tekken guide $2.86

Nice price, unfortunately the DLC makes it obsolete content-wise (unless the newer characters are included and I'm not aware).

Obsolete? Really? It still has the moves and information for the other 40+ characters in the game, you know.

There've been a few gameplay tweaks, so a lot of the information you'll see in the guide may not work exactly the same, but a lot of it still useful. The only things radically different would be the adjusted changes to Juri and Rufus.

Either way, it's a steal because it's a quality guide if you're in it for the raw data and artwork alone.

Now as for the game itself.....uhhh....yeah.

even for $1 guides aren't for real cheapassgamers. internet gives you access to tons of walkthroughs, guides, strategies, builds, suggestions, perfections, demonstrations, explanations, maps, bios, artworks, all at the tip of your fingers and FREE. its also updated for the latest balance / patch / dlc.

the last guide i had was for sega genesis, it was for vectorman. after that i relied on gamefaqs and other sites to offer clear, free info.

even at such a cheap price, $3 is nothing, its the principal.

not to mention with the latest fighters you can view all the moves in the pause menu.

Well, somewhat obsolete anyway, incomplete at the very least. Just like the MvC3 guide was barely worth the paper it was printed on it after UMvC3 was released (I believe I paid a similar price for that guide).

I do agree though, well worth it for the art alone. I love to collect guides at these prices. :)

I heard that the pages for the DLC characters are already in the book, but you have to pay to unlock them.

Ha ha! Topical.
