Streets of Rage 2 problem on XBLA?

Hey super squad

I purchased Streets of Rage 2 a while back and earned 5/12 achievements. So I know I've played it.

Recently Sega de-listed that game and posted a new game "Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage". I tried launching MY game and something similar with the Sega Vintage shell launched. It told me that I'd have to press X to unlock the full version. I tried doing this and it wouldn't even allow me to buy anything (just a test).

I also deleted the game and redownloaded from my purchase history. Any other ideas to get my game to work?

Is it a new console? If so, you need to transfer licenses.

It's a new console but every other game seemed to work. I'll give it a shot.

The SEGA classic games have extremely strict DRM you have to do a license transfer (where as most games you can put on a USB stick and play on another system when you log in.)

It's a known problem with the Sega classics games. I just redownload the full game through "Unlock Full Game", cancel during download, and it' should be unlocked.
