Got it, so I should feel worse for having to alleviate a normal, and natural, human body function
Give me break.
What are you talking about. Is this in the right thread?
Subway is a solid place if you like turkey subs (like me) and prefer to save the unhealthy eating for dinner (like me). Quizno's is indeed better, but also so much unhealthier that they refuse to release nutrition information. Draw your own conclusion from that.

I prefer Quiznos as well but the nearest one closed down, so it's Subway for me.
It's annoying that they're skimping on the meat now, but I don't like an excessive amount of meat in my subs anyway, so I don't think it will stop me eating there.
Exactly. The thing that annoyed me about Quiznos was how they put bacon on every sub. It's like - I want a simple chicken sub and the only ones they have are loaded up with cheese, ranch, and bacon.
Yes. You got it. That's exactly what I said.
Pointing out that Subway is reducing their portions along with their prices is my way of saying "I'M STILL HUNGRY."
Also:
yo' meat guilt. Those people who aren't getting that much meat in a month? You can substitute meat with any other necessarily healthy foodstuffs word and you'd still be right. But, hey, I'll help. Give me some names and addresses and I'll mail my second half of the sammich to them.
You're bringing up the guilt angle. I'm just pointing out that most of the world gets along just fine (actually they are much healthier) by avoiding a heavily meat-based diet.
Now that we're on the topic though, it's as if America has some divine manifest mission to be overweight. I mean how are you going to take three men that way over 200 pounds a piece, a woman that’s a little plump Scotch girl and a daughter who’s thirteen, and you’re gonna try and take a 12 oz. roll of sausage and a couple of dozen eggs and feed that? It ain’t gonna work.
BTW it's not all about you - here's some stats, professor.
Livestock:
Produces 65 percent of human-related nitrous oxide, which has 296 times the Global Warming Potential (GWP) of CO2.
Accounts for 37 percent of all human-induced methane (which is 23 times as much warming as CO2).
Generates 64 percent of the ammonia, which contributes to acid rain and acidification of ecosystems.
