I was just checking out the difference between Xbox Live Silver vs. Xbox Live Gold and I found this:

*Free Silver membership requires a broadband Internet connection and an Xbox 360 storage device (hard drive or memory unit). Korean players under the age of 14 and players who have previously been banned from Xbox Live are ineligible.

Now if only they would ban all the people under age 14 on Live. The amount of kids in Halo 3 with their pre-pube voices gets a tad annoying. Thank god for the shutup button.
