OK, take a look at my collection list, if you wouldn't mind, based on that list anyone have any suggestions for older (ie Cheap) 360 games that are a must have for my collection?

I'm partial to RPG's, Halo type shooters (Not a huge CoD fan though), and def no sports games.

Suggestions, Please?

I'm just at a loss for what to buy next that won't suck.

Well I was going to suggest Dead Rising but after a cursory glance at your your game history/achievements it appears you have played it. But since you only have four achievements for Dead Rising I recommend you give it another shot if it's still in your backlog.
Hmmm... Crackdown, Tales of Vesperia, Fallout 3, BioShock, and The Orange Box.
I second all of these except for Tales (only because I haven't played it for longer than 10 min yet). I put 100 hours into Fallout 3 and loved every minute of it. And Orange Box is one of the best deals out there.

Earth Defense Force 2017 is super fun, esp if you can find it for around $10. Not great graphics and somewhat repetitive gameplay, but shooting giant ants and robots in couch co-op is a blast.

I enjoyed Bully - feels a little dated but is good for cheap.

Two other games you can usually get for under $10 are Bionic Commando and Dark Sector. BC gets a lot of hate for some reason, but it's a really fun game for $7.

Only if you like Monopoly and are at least slightly interested in trading card games.

Not looked at your gamercard but some of my personal favourite older games:

Shadowrun
Call of Duty 3
Hitman Blood Money
Crackdown
Rainbow Six Vegas 2
Splinter Cell DA

Thirding the Orange Box. A compilation of five of the greatest games ever made for only 20 bucks. If you really want to get into Team Fortress 2 however, I'd suggest playing that particular game through Steam.

Dead Space, Blue Dragon and Wolfenstein (3D) might also be worth looking into. ;)

Fable II (I've actually gone back and am playing through it at the moment. Really fun RPG.)
Dead Space
Bioshock
Batman: Arkham Asylum (Can get it for 30-40 dollars. Not sure if that's cheap enough, but definitely a great game.)

I didn't list Batman:AA because it's not really old or cheap but you're totally right about it being a great game - that's one of the most polished and fun games I've played in a long time.
second hitman blood money and add halo wars
Hitman on 360 is good? I played a couple of the older ones on PC a while ago but haven't tried the console ones.

There is a freaking mission where u kill a clown and infiltrate a kids bday party in the costume. Hitman ftw!

Bioshock, The Orange Box, Burnout Revenge or Paradise if it's cheap, Dirt, GRID, PGR3 or 4 are all good.

Rainbow Six Vegas 1&2 or GRAW 1&2, Red Faction Guerrilla and um Borderlands should be cheap now.

You've got a lot of options, a lot of good "old" 360 games out there.

Many of the ones I was thinking were already brought up.

I totally agree with everyone on Mass Effect 1, Burnout whichever, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Deadspace and most definitely Shadowrun. It is only $5 used now (Shadowrun), though I am unsure how active the online community is. I have a few friends that still get on and play and I just bought a second copy for system linking.

If you haven't played Borderlands, it is a must for you since you said you like RPG's and shooters. IMO, it has been one of the best games this generation.

Borderlands is a must since you like RPG's and shooter's. I got it and all of its DLC's for roughly 40 bucks and I have been addicted to it and invested at least 100 hours.

Some other suggestions would be:

Fallout 3
Bioshock
Mass Effect: you have the Mass Effect 2 in your collection but not the first one?
Hope that helps!

I still think burnout 3 is the most straightforwardly fun installment so I recommend it ( in the xbox classics section of the xbla e-store.)

You could also just use an actual Burnout 3 disc, if you have it in your old stockpile of Xbox games or see it for cheap at a store. How much does the digital copy cost deftoast? Burnout 3 = Solid.

No mention of Oblivion? Pick up the GOTY version. It includes the two major expansions for the game, Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. It should be really cheap on eBay. Just make sure it comes with 2 discs, as the expansions came on a second disc(PS3 version only used one).

EDIT: Oh nm. I just looked at your gamercard and noticed that you already played and beat it.

Speaking of great old Xbox games I highly recommend finding the GTA Double Pack or GTA: The Trilogy (this is what I own) which are backwards compatible with your 360.
Culdcept Saga
I love Culdcept Saga. However, unless you like a game that's Magic and Monopoly put together with hard achievements and long matches then it's not the game for you.

I really like Fallout 3. Just finished up getting all the achievements on it. Spent almost 90 hours on the game. Really looking forward to Fallout: New Vegas
