Suggestions for a PSP 3000 replacement battery

The Battery in my PSP 3000 will no longer hold a charge. So I guess it's time for a replacement. Which is the best and cheapest battery to replace it with?

If you have a Kmart near you...I've seen regular PSP batteries for about $12.
