Suikoden 2 disc only, Ps1 rpgs, imports, and a couple rare megadrive titles!
I'm ready to tear my F'ing hair out with Siren 1. It took me 2 damn hours to beat the 1st level with the professor and the girl. I promised I'd collect all the archive items so I'm gonna stick with it. Siren New Translation was great though, just finished that.

Anyway, Siren 2 keeps crashing after the first cutscene so I have some work to do!
Are you talking about the blind chick or whatever? I haven't gotten past that either...

Nah the professor and his student, it's like the third mission in the game. I'm on the escort Miyako mission right now, I was pretty far then I got smoked. The fire poker is balls.

I guess I got spoiled with Siren New Translation and being able to move while you got Shibito sightjacked. I was never much for stealth in any game, so this is going to be hell.

I've been wanting to get back to that game, but I've been focused on so many others

Also:

PS3 - The Club - $3.50

Hmm.. I'll take:

Xbox 360 Sega Superstars Tennis/Arcade Compilation complete $3.50
GBA Blackthorne new/sealed (box is a little smooshed) $2.00
Nintendo DS Lite big deal pack system case, stylus, and screen protector new/sealed $1.50

I got about 50% of the way through the game before opting for the gamefaqs injection (and never looked back). Actually I think some of the archive items would have been impossible to find otherwise o_O (The stage where old man Shimura turned into a shibito, that was the last straw!)

Ooo, good poll topic! What are the most painfully difficult stages in Siren? Either the Elementary School or that Mineshaft shit would get my vote in a heartbeat.
You did what with the whatnow?
Handsome you better refer me to someone who has Megaman legends 2 and Tron bonne for that dolla! Congrads on a great lowball (and all the heads up!)
Thank you sugarpie.
I'm not a big fan of people who only bid in the last 5 minutes...
I'm guessing you must use eBay a lot.

Hater say what? Everyone knows stuff goes down in the last 2 minutes? I do agree that lowballs need a better system. Better talk to CheapyD

Not hating just not a big fan of it. Actually that's why some people just don't say the specific end time. Not a big deal either way though.

We are on the cusp of a great frontier. This thread is but a dewdrop in a vast forest of magnificent deals. We have many, many more lowballs to explore together. Next time, it may not be I who wins in the final moments. Find comfort in that.

In all honesty, there's no way to end a lowball sale that benefits both the seller and the buyer. If the seller sets an end time, it opens it up for sniping. If the seller generalizes an endtime (between xx PM and xx PM) then they can be accused of shutting it down when the bidding dies down. If the seller bars new bidders from the last hour or so of the sale, they could lose money, and sometimes a lot depending on the bidder.

Lowball sales are meant to be a way for sellers to unload some older items and make some cash, and for buyers to get some great deals. Sniping sucks, terribly, but it just comes with the territory. Handsome now has SEVEN!!! lowball sales under his belt, and I've yet to see one that wasn't fun and laid back and enjoyable. Sure, there were people coming in to grab items at the last second, but the sales always end for the better.

Seriously, sellers are tossing away some good stuff in a lot of these sales. Either you bid your max upfront (that's right, $2 was my max for Blackthorne), or snipe your own "wants" in the last minutes to help ensure you get what you're looking at.

never thought I would say this but out comes the fucking rifle from here on out. Well that and I will resort back to my bully tactics to start off.

No more mister fucking nice guy.

Well, of course I didn't mean ONLY old crap laying around... But in the end, if you put a high-end item up and get 40% of the value you could have gotten elsewhere, so goes it. Thankfully, MOST of the CAG community is understanding and welcome to throwing down an extra few dollars more than on Ebay because you pay for the great service too. A lot of Lowball sellers make it a point to get everything out within a day or two tops from time of payment, and most of the stuff is in near mint condition, cause a lot of us are collectors, and not just some random seller on Ebay.

$20 minimum bids on everything now?

I kid, but I know you don't mind spending extra to make sure you are able to get the items you're interested in.

Everybody would be happy if they just LISTENED TO fuckING DRACULA! :p

I always go out blasting in every single lowball I bid in. Many of you may notice how I bid. I don't 7.50, 8.50, 9.50 fuck around like that. I swing for the fences. Last two lowballs I participated in I put what i was willing to pay for the item and I won them, bam 78 bucks on Suikoden 2. I'm surprised it stayed at that for so long and I ended up winning it. Maybe I should have put 50 on it and waited :p

Actually there is and I've seen people do it. You set an end time, put it in an encrypted image, and post the image up with the lowball as the end time (say on the last day or whatever). Once you end the auction you can simply pass out the encryption key as proof that you had picked the end time in advance.

Somebody tell me how I missed the last hour of this lowball without getting sniped on anything major  Hated to give up on Demikids but I had to watch my spending a little. Handsome, I'd congratulate you on another amazing lowball but I can't use that word until you put your Sega CD collection up for sale ;)
