$19.99 or less is for regular price of Blu. If it's a $29.99 on sale for $19.99 it doesn't qualify.
The DVD's must also meet mgr approval.
Might be worth a shot if you have some DVD's you want to get rid of.
I'm guessing there will be a minimum trade in value but it wasn't posted.
