What channels are having their own half-time show specials during the Super Bowl?

All I know of right now is MTV and MTV2 are having something special, but that's all that is mentioned during the commercial about it.

Yeah, looks like it'll be Viva La Bam on MTV, not sure what's planned for MTV2. I really liked when they had Beavis and Butthead or Celebrity Deathmatch half-time shows, those were cool.

The Simpsons will be on after the Super Bowl with American Dad after it.

It's the same thing on both networks... they're re-launching MTV 2 to be a video heavy network oriented towards men... so there will be alot of internet interaction and some video game content. Not sure exactly what they'll air on super bowl sunday but it's going to relate to that somehow.

I'll watch the Bikini Bowl on PPV.
it came today on spike tv.
A different one; it comes on during PPV during half-time.

Damn, I wish WWE would do Halftime Heat like they did a f ew years ago. That empty-arena match with the Rock and Mick Foley was cool. Rock was in rare form with his shit-talking, lol.

I don't think wrestling is popular enough to really make that worthwile anymore... although I'd certianly watch it.

Yeah, that one. My mistake.

Exactly, it's Paul freaking McCartney, he can do no wrong. I'll make an attempt to watch the Super Bowl sanctioned halftime show for once. Here's to hoping Budweiser resurrects the "Bud Bowl"

You might be right but if they could do it, I'd watch it for sure.

Paul McCartney is ok, but I would rather see a college style marching band or something. Hell, a video package of both teams best highlights for the year would be better.

That was the best half-time show ever, plus it was a great match. If I'm not mistaken Foley ended up winning via the help of a forklift. God that was great.

I agree wholeheartly with you. Also, I'm glad its not U2, Britney Spears or Aerosmith doing the halftime show. Its seems like those bands are in every freaking awards show, halftime show, sports event, etc on television! Talk about over exposure!

You are right sir! Pinfall via forklift.

"Hello, Smackdown Hotel, Rock speaking... No, I'm afraid Mankind's not available right now--he's a little busy... WITH THE ROCK'S FOOT IN HIS MOUTH!"

Still they are not nearly as over exposed as Janet Jackson was...

hehehe :

I thought it was a good halftime show (but I also liked U2's performance a few years back). Refreshing to see an artist performing songs, instead of this montage BS that we tend to see with a bunch of music and dancing but never an actual song.

Also, Paul's band was really tight. His drummer was awesome.
